Cancellation Policy

We get it, life happens! Party deposits are refundable within the first 72 hours of booking only. The final balance will be collected the day of your event at your party check-in. Decorations are allowed as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within 10 minutes. Nothing can hang on the walls and we do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas. You can bring food and/or beverages for no extra charge. Adult beverages are prohibited. Yes! You are welcome to bring in your own goodie bags. We’ll even set them up for you in your party room!
