🕒 What Time does The Elite 32 After School Program Run?

The Elite 32 After School Program operates Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Students can arrive any time after 3:00 PM, depending on when there school day ends. There’s no strict start time since school dismissals vary.

👥 How are Students Grouped in the Program?

We intentionally keep our program small to ensure personal attention and high-quality instruction.
Students are divided into 4 groups of 8, based on age:

       GROUP                  AGE RANGE

• Group A                 Ages 7 – 9

• Group B                 Ages 10 – 12

• Group C                 Ages 13 – 14

• Group D                 Ages 15 – 17

Each group is capped at 8 students maximum, creating a supportive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

📅 How Long Does the Program Run?

The Elite 32 Program follows a 15-week semester schedule, similar to the public school calendar.

We offer two sessions each year:

• Fall Semester: August – December

• Spring Semester: January – May

Each semester lasts 15 weeks, and students are enrolled for the full duration to ensure

consistent learning and growth. This structure allows our instructors to build skills progressively and helps students develop confidence and continuity in their work.

📝 Is Enrollment for the Full Semester Required?

Yes. To maintain the integrity of our curriculum and group progress, families must commit to the full 15-week semester. This ensures every child receives the full benefit of our academic and creative programming. Parents will sign an enrollment agreement confirming their semester participation and payment plan.

💰 How Much Does the Program Cost?

The Elite 32 After School Program costs $23 per day. Registration Fee is $100 and due at the beginning of each Semester. Pricing is based on your child’s weekly schedule:

                                    

                              

 

We encourage students to attend 5 days a week to get the most out of the program and prepare for our end-of-season recitals and showcases. We understand that some students may have other after-school activities, and that’s perfectly okay. Please note, however, that tuition remains the same regardless of absences. Consistent participation helps students stay on track and fully benefit from the program experience.

💳 Semester Payments:
Families can pay monthly or in full for the 15-week session.
👨‍👩‍👧 Sibling Discount: 10% off for each additional child enrolled.

🗓️ Can I Change My Child’s Schedule During the Semester?

Schedule changes can be made before the semester begins.
Once the semester starts, attendance days are locked in to maintain structure, small group balance, and program consistency.

💵 When and How Do I Make Payments?

Payments may be made weekly, monthly, or per semester through our secure online system or in person.
Families enrolling for the semester will receive an invoice and schedule prior to the start date.

🎓 Is there a Scholarship Program Available?

Yes! The Elite 32 After School Program offers a Scholarship Program designed to make participation accessible to families who qualify.
This is a subsidiary-based program, meaning eligibility is determined by household income and student commitment.

To be considered for a scholarship, students must:

• Submit a short essay (4 -6 sentences) describing why they would like to be selected and how the program will benefit them.

• Meet the required attendance standards for their school system

• Complete the Scholarship Application provided to parents during the enrollment process.

• A Letter of Recommendation from the students Teacher that speaks to their character and behavior

Scholarships are limited and awarded based on the strength of the student’s essay, application requirements, and available funding. Selected students will receive a confirmation letter and must maintain consistent attendance to remain eligible throughout the semester.

🗓️ How do I apply for the Scholarship Program?

To apply, please follow these steps:

2. Complete all sections of the application in full.

3. Attach your 6–8 sentence student essay (required).

4. Attach your Letter of Recommendation from teacher

5. Include the $35 non-refundable application fee with your submission.

6. Submit your completed application and essay no later than December 15th 2025 by 7PM

Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
Scholarship recipients will be notified prior to the start of the upcoming semester.

🚗 What if I’m Running Late for Pick-Up?

We understand that life happens!
Pick-up after 6:00 PM will incur a $1 per-minute late fee to cover staff time.
