A 50% deposit is required to schedule a session unless you are setup for Purchase Orders (P.O.) by your record label or other organization approved by Music Theory. The deposit will be applied to your session or refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of the session time.

Full Payment is required prior to the start of your session. Payments may be made by Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card. Clients meeting certain requirements will be able to issue a Purchase Order and have their session invoiced.

We Offer and encourage free consultations prior to any session in order to help you and our team prepare properly. With an array of different options, Music Theory will help Budget your session to assist your Artistic Goals. We prefer to create a particular package for each client because each session is different and should be treated as such.

ALL cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your session. Clients making cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit.
